The front half of the house for 2 adults with NO HIDDEN ADDED FEES the listing price is what you pay

Please note the house is not suitable so not available to children under 14

A queen bed with AC in the bedroom & living room, ensuite, big living/meals area/kitchen & fenced garden with views over the neighbouring farms all to yourself as there will be no other guests

The rear of the house will be closed off so you won't have access to any other bedrooms the second bathroom or laundry

The space
Airbnb is very different to a hotel or motel.
We offer the house to guests who want a pleasant and homely place to stay but understand that we don't have staff. We manage and clean ourselves and so we don't charge the usual expensive management and cleaning fees we simply ask that the house is tidied after your stay.

It's best to think of Airbnb as if you are staying at a friend’s holiday home.

We live on the property 100m away so are usually available if you need us.

As with any rural property there’s always work to do so you may see us around during business hours 7 days a week, usually to or from the farm shed or veggie garden. Come and say hi or to ask any questions.
